Registration opens March 1st, 2019. DEADLINE for swim/dive team registration & early registration discount is May 5th.
If by mail or in person, please complete the membership application including the family/individual membership section, the swim team section and volunteer form & check and submit with full payment to:

When registering online complete your membership application and then your team registration.
After you register, please mail or drop off at the pool offices your $150.00 refundable Volunteer Fee made payable to the Fanny Chapman Parent’s Association.
VERY IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ:
In order for the Fanny Chapman Swim Team to hold efficient and enjoyable swim meets all families must be involved. A $150.00 refundable Volunteer Fee is required from each participating swim team family at registration.
Your check will be held and returned to you at the close of the swim season provided your “3 meet” volunteering quota has been fulfilled. If your family’s requirements are not met, your check will be cashed and deposited into the team’s gift account.
If the only child(ren) in your household participating on the Fanny Chapman Swim Team is a graduating Senior then you are not required to fulfill the volunteer quota or provide the $150 refundable volunteer fee.
ALL FORMS AND PAYMENTS MUST BE COMPLETE AND SUBMITTED TO FANNY CHAPMAN POOL BY MAY 5, 2019 IN ORDER FOR YOUR SWIMMER TO HAVE THEIR RETURNING SPOT HELD ON THE TEAM. IF WE DO NOT HAVE YOUR PAPERWORK BY MAY 5, 2019 YOUR SWIMMER WILL NEED TO ATTEND THE NEW SWIMMER EVALUATIONS ON MAY 28TH OR 30TH.
